Frequently asked questions

Direct answers about product scope and pilots.

Zeah is early-stage, so availability and deployment scope vary by product. These answers explain what is ready to discuss now and what still belongs in a pilot.

Products and data

Local options, clearly scoped.

Is data sent to public AI services?

The Zeah.ai marketing site does not send content to public AI services. Product deployments can use local providers, but the model provider and network boundary must be confirmed for each configuration and pilot.

Can Zeah products operate locally?

Local operation is a core design direction. Riftline Private AI has a local model architecture, and SentryVision demonstrates local processing. Hardware, provider, and deployment requirements still vary by product and use case.

What is a Zeah pilot?

A pilot is a bounded validation engagement: discovery, scope definition, controlled deployment, review, feedback, and a decision about what should happen next. It is not a promise that every pilot proceeds to production.

Are the product screenshots real?

Yes. They are captures of implemented interfaces. Riftline Private AI uses demonstration documents, and SentryVision uses a synthetic camera source and mock detector. Riftline diagrams are architecture illustrations, not a claim of a deployed customer system.

Does any real customer or camera data appear in demonstrations?

No. Product screenshots and other site assets use demonstration data and exclude real customer material, camera feeds, credentials, private locations, and internal infrastructure details.

Are the products generally available?

Availability varies by product. Riftline Private AI is offered as a managed private deployment with published Pilot, Business, and Managed Private pricing. Riftline Migrate 0.5.1 is a publicly downloadable commercial preview with one free completed migration; Technician and MSP paid plans are defined, but live paid checkout is not enabled yet. SentryVision 1.3.2 is available for controlled deployments with site-specific camera and codec qualification. DomainGuard monitoring is live, with Free, Pro, MSP, and Scale tiers; customer workspaces are currently provisioned by request while live self-service billing is connected. Riftline Spatial remains active R&D seeking qualified design and evaluation partners and is not generally available. Obsidian is an internal reference platform and is not offered for purchase.

Does Zeah provide custom deployment work?

Deployment needs are discussed during discovery. Scope depends on product fit, the operating environment, and the goals of the pilot.

How are privacy and security handled?

Zeah begins with data minimization, approved inputs, a defined deployment boundary, local processing options, and outputs that operators can review. Certifications and independent assurance are stated only when supporting evidence exists.

Does the contact form send information?

Yes. The form sends submitted fields to Zeah's locally hosted contact service, where they are stored for operator review. Raw client IP addresses are not stored in the lead database. Zeah automatically sends an internal notification for accepted requests, and records follow a configurable retention policy. Do not submit sensitive information.
